What is your return policy?
We stand behind our products, our service and you, our customer. If, for any reason, you or your gift recipient is not fully satisfied with your gift, please do not hesitate to let us know and we will exchange it or issue a gift certificate or refund per our policy as stated below. Please understand that we are unable to refund gift box, gift wrap charges, or shipping and cannot accept them as a return.

What are your shipping costs & methods?
We prefer to ship via the USPS (United States Postal System) both domestically & internationally. Shipping costs are estimated in the shipping table. They have been updated to reflect USPS pricing changes effective May 12, 2008.
Domestic shipping assumes Parcel Post.
International Shipping assumes Priority Mail International due to tracking capabilities.
Other arrangements can easily be made - please email us with any special requests
